Cookie policy

Last updated: May 2026

At CLAP Experiencias we use cookies and similar technologies so the site works, to remember your preferences and to understand how it's used to improve the experience. This policy explains what they are, which we use and how you can manage them.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a site stores on your device when you visit it. They help recognize you, keep your session, remember your preferred language or currency, and measure how you interact with the site.

Types of cookies we use

  • Strictly necessary. Enable basic functions like navigation, language and forms. They cannot be disabled.
  • Preference. Remember choices like language (ES/EN) or currency (ARS/USD/EUR) across visits.
  • Analytics. Help us understand which sections are visited most, anonymously and in aggregate (e.g., Google Analytics or Hotjar).
  • Marketing & remarketing. If enabled, platforms like Meta, TikTok or Google may show you CLAP ads related to what you viewed.

Third-party cookies

Some cookies are set by external services we use to operate better: analytics (Google Analytics, Hotjar), marketing (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel) and integrations with WhatsApp, Instagram and Supabase. Each provider has its own privacy policy.

How do you manage them?

You can accept, reject or configure cookies from the consent bar when you enter the site. All browsers also let you delete or block them via their settings. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect some sections.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect technical, legal or business changes. The "last updated" date shows when it was last revised. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
