These terms govern the use of clapexperiencias.com and the booking of any experience, package or service offered by CLAP Experiencias. By using the site or booking, you accept these terms.
1. About us
CLAP Experiencias is a brand dedicated to designing and selling premium experiences: travel, hospitality, hotels, transfers and related services. We operate in Argentina and internationally with local partners.
2. Reservations & booking
All reservations are confirmed once payment is received (full or deposit, depending on the package) and the matching receipt is issued. Until then, prices, availability and conditions may change without notice.
3. Prices & currencies
Prices may be quoted in ARS, USD or EUR. The applicable rate is the one in force at the time of payment confirmation. Any FX difference is borne by the customer.
4. Payment methods
We accept cash (ARS/USD/EUR), bank transfer to accounts in Argentina, USA and Europe, PIX, PayPal, Payoneer, Zelle and cryptocurrency. Each method has its own fees, timelines and verification requirements.
5. Cancellations & rescheduling
If an event is rescheduled, your experience moves to the new date at no extra cost. If you can't attend, we offer credit or transfer to a third party. Customer-side cancellations are governed by the policies of each package and provider (venues, airlines, hotels).
6. Liability
CLAP acts as an intermediary between the customer and end providers (event organizers, hotels, airlines, transport). We are not liable for cancellations, delays or changes attributable to third parties, force majeure or fortuitous events.
7. Travel documentation
It is the customer's responsibility to hold valid documentation (passport, visas, vaccinations) for the booked destinations. CLAP may advise but does not assume liability for missing documentation.
8. Image & privacy
We may take photos and videos during experiences for marketing purposes. If you don't want to appear, let us know in writing before the event. Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual property
All site content (text, images, brands, logos) belongs to CLAP or its licensors. Total or partial reproduction is prohibited without written authorization.
10. Changes
We may update these terms to reflect legal, technical or business changes. The "last updated" date shows the latest revision.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires.
