At CLAP Experiencias we respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our site or book an experience, what we use it for, and what rights you have over it.
1. Data controller
The controller of your data is CLAP Experiencias. For any inquiry or to exercise your rights, write to hola@clapexperiencias.com.
2. Data we collect
Identification and contact data (name, email, WhatsApp, city), experience data (event of interest, dates, preferences), payment data (processed by third parties such as MercadoPago, Stripe, Resend) and browsing data (cookies, IP, device, pages viewed).
3. Purposes
To respond to your inquiries via WhatsApp and email, to organize and operate the booked experiences, to issue invoices, to send the newsletter if you subscribed, to improve the site and to measure marketing performance.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on consent (forms, newsletter), contract performance (when booking an experience) and legitimate interest (site improvement, fraud prevention).
5. Sharing with third parties
To operate experiences we share the minimum necessary with providers: airlines, hotels, event organizers, transport, payment platforms and marketing & analytics tools (Google, Meta, TikTok, Hotjar, Supabase, Resend). Each has its own policy.
6. International transfers
Some providers (hotels, airlines, platforms) are outside Argentina. Your data may be transferred abroad under reasonable security safeguards and the applicable legal framework.
7. Retention
We retain your data as long as the business relationship lasts and for applicable legal periods (tax, commercial). Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
8. Your rights
You can access, rectify, update or request the deletion of your data, object to its processing or request portability. To do so, write to hola@clapexperiencias.com. You may also file a claim with the relevant data protection authority.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: encryption in transit (HTTPS), restricted database access, hosting with recognized providers and periodic reviews. No system is 100% foolproof.
10. Minors
The site is not directed to minors under 18. If you are a minor, you need authorization from a responsible adult to book.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal, technical or business changes. The "last updated" date shows the latest revision.
